If your trying to get better as a man and a player i strongly recommend coach Eisenman. I've know him for about 5 years now and he has totally changed my life. He is a hard working man and is willing to make you better each and everyday. He has coached me from my freshman year to my senior year in high school and it was a hard journey but because of him and only because of him I made it through successfully. I'm in my second semester as a freshman and I'm now a starting offensive lineman for Texas Southern University. If your serious about what you do and want to make it far this is the man that will get you there. I love coach Eisenman and I strongly recommend him to anybody that is serious about getting better.

I have known coach Eisenman for quite some time now. He is a wonderful coach to work with, he has so much enthusiasm when he is coaching. I have known Coach Eisenman for about a year now. During this year, Coach Eisenman has been more than just a Coach to me, he's been a friend, teacher, mentor, and leader. Coach Eisenman is a straight forward coach, if there is a flaw in your athletes game, he will help you fix it, and make sure you don't resort back to bad habits. Coach Eisenman has been there for me time, and time again. Im very blessed, and grateful to have Coach Eisenman coaching me, and I'm very excited to continue to be coached by Coach Eisenman this coming up season.

I have played football for about seven years and had many coaches, but Coach Eisenman was the best coach I ever had. What made him so great is that he wanted you to succeed on and off the field. Most coaches just want their players to pass their classes so they can play in the game, but Coach Eisenman wants you to prosper in your classes to set yourself in a good position for your future. He also taught us important values such as how to be successful in life: whether as a father, a man, or whatever direction our life goes. He installs these values in us and he is very passionate that we are successful in our lives. Coach Eisenman played a big part in our personal lives and he was a father figure to his players. Coach Eisenman was a blessing to my life and I know he will be a blessing to others as well.

Coach Eisenman is a phenomenal coach who treats every athlete with respect and compassion in their pursuit of athletic excellence. Coach Eisenman has coached and mentored me almost everyday for the past two years. Over these two years, I have substantially grown physically, mentally, and spiritually greater than I ever thought was possible. It has been my privilege to call Coach Eisenman my friend for the past 10 years. Though we were only colleagues for 4 short years at Oak Ridge High School 6 years ago, he continues to have a positive impact on my life. AJ has the ability to reach young student athletes "where they are" and get them "where they need to be" both physically and mentally.

Coach Eisenman has been our sons coach for a year now. In that year we have grown to know him and love the man. He is a great coach and puts in countless time and energy for the boys he coaches. What impresses me the most, is that Coach Eisenman cares about the whole player, not just the performance on the field. Yes, on-field performance is important, and this is one reason why we are here. More importantly, the complete person in the player is more important; teaching each of his players how to walk in love, pride and respect on and off the field. There are many good coaches out there but, there are few who strive to develop their players into a strong Christian leaders on and off the field. My grandson starting working with Coach AJ this summer. As on many teams in the elementary age, he was mostly taught plays and little technique. After working with Coach AJ he has GREATLY improved! We watched film of him from the previous year and the results are amazing. My grandson is a quiet, low key-kid so it's great to see him have confidence in himself and play with confidence. He doesn't do this just as a means of making money but as an opportunity to use his own gifts to build up the whole young man, to impart to the upcoming generation, to face challenges on the field and in life. If you want to give your child some great training to take his skill to the next level and a great role model of being a man of integrity, AJ is your man. This past summer I had my son work with AJ to get him ready for his first season of football !!! To say he was prepared and ready to compete would be a disservice to AJ. He made it very fun, but tough during the brutal summer.

I highly recommend Coach AJ, he is an amazing coach. He worked with my 16 year old son on conditioning, my 9 year old daughter on basketball basics and my 10 year old son on football fundamentals and conditioning. He made their sessions fun, positive and rewarding. Coach AJ taught them proper technique to ensure their safety and pushed them when necessary so they could see their full potential. He is a wonderful coach and role model for any age.

I highly recommend Coach Eisenman for personal training. He does not operate with a one-size program fits all philosophy. He meets kids where they are in their athletic ability, and caters his training specifically to each child. He really took the time to get to know our son and learn what his strengths and weaknesses were. Coach Eisenman also helped him gain the confidence he needed to greatly improve his basketball skills. He is a strong Christian role model who doesn't just talk the talk, but truly walks the walk. He provides incredible physical training and at the same time relays Bible truths that encourage both spiritual and physical growth.
