Sports specific

 

- Football skills training- Position specific training designed to help young football players playing skill positions such: quarterback, running back, wide receiver, defensive back, and linebacker excel at their positions.

 

-Football lineman training- Specific training designed to help young football players playing offensive and defensive line develop the proper technique and skill needed to be successful at their position.

 

-Basketball skills training- Specific training designed to improve shooting, ball handling and agility.

 

-Speed & Agility- Specific training designed to increase young athlete’s explosiveness and improve balance needed to excel in all sports.

 

Health & Fitness

 

-Weight control- Training designed to help clients get to a healthy weight and maintain it.

 

-Well-being- Training designed to get young people off of the couch and help promote good health through exercise while having fun. (Organized play)

SESSION RATES

​

Individual sessions =   $ 40 per session

​

​

Group sessions =  Vary on group size

-Group of 2 = $30 dollars per group member 

-Group of 3+ = $25 dollars per group member

​

*Sessions last an hour in duration.

*Session location varies depending on client

*Payment plans can be discussed based on the needs of the client.
